Chef Michele, born in Napoli, Italy has the wisdom and experience of 35 years in the restaurant business. He knows with precision how to blend the finest Italian flavors in every creation. Each morning before dawn, he pours his heart and soul into every dish, carefully inspecting and preparing for each new day. Roberto Gioiosa was born in Montreal, Canada and has exceptional talent and experience in business management. His captivating charm tops the charts in outstanding customer service. His lifelong passion began at the young age of 18 with his very first venture “Gelazzi”, a pizzeria and gelateria in the heart of his hometown community. His welcoming personality and enthusiasm greet you personally as you enter his doors. Serafina embraces all the authenticity of an Italian home and welcomes you as its very special guest.
